Caitlyn Hudson is an entrepreneur, mother, and passionate advocate for empowering women in business. As co-founder of Magnify Her, she is dedicated to creating a space where ambitious women can thrive, connect, and grow together.

Caitlyn’s entrepreneurial journey began after the heartbreaking loss of her son, Lionel, in 2021. Amid her grief, she chose to rise, channelling her energy into creating meaningful businesses — Lioness Photography and Lion’s Muse — that focus on storytelling, creativity, and community. These businesses reflect her deep desire to make a positive impact while helping others find their voice.

Balancing entrepreneurship, family, and education, Caitlyn teaches her children that true success lies in building something meaningful and lifting others.Through Lion's Muse, she organizes community-driven events like Gal Pals and Picnics, where women can come together, share, and support one another. She also offers training to support the next generation of photographers and creating lasting memories through her creativity lens with Lioness Photography.

Caitlyn’s leadership and dedication have earned her recognition, including NT News Emerging Leader of the Year (2024). She is furthering her education in Psychological Science, committed to understanding people and building stronger, supportive communities. Born and raised in Darwin, Caitlyn is passionate about showcasing the opportunities her region offers and creating lasting, positive change in the business world.

Peta Johansen is the co-founder of Magnify Her, an Emotional Intelligence Advisor, and High-Performance Coach with a passion for helping people unlock their potential in life and business. With a background in high-performing sales and finance, Peta specialises in emotional intelligence, resilience, and empowering individuals to make confident decisions.

Growing up in Thailand, she gained a unique perspective on how different cultures shape our approach to challenges, which now influences her coaching to embrace non-linear paths to success.

At the Forbes 30/50 International Women’s Day Summit in Abu Dhabi , Peta was surrounded by 400 women from 40 countries—innovators and game-changers who are reshaping industries through collaboration, courage, and self-trust. This experience sparked her commitment to bringing that collective energy back to the Northern Territory and beyond, inspiring women to embrace collaboration and step into their full potential.

Peta is deeply energised by the power of women in leadership, recognising that female entrepreneurs are not just excelling—they are transforming the future of business. Through her work with Magnify Her, she’s driven by the belief that women have the power to shape the world in bold and impactful ways.
